Frank Morzuch’s work is close to nature and conceptual art, oscillating between archaism and new technologies, at the confluence of science, philosophy and mathematics. Issues related to numbers and their spatial relationship (the Knight’ s Tour, Graph Theory and Four-colour Theorem) have led him to retrospectively challenge the premises of Mannerism, making Albrecht Dürer and his contemporaries the leitmotiv of a form of iconology perceived as art.
